This intensive Chemistry fold-out foldable covers the different types of compounds: binary ionic, binary covalent, metallic compounds, ternary compounds and acids. How to write chemical formula and how to write the names of each type of chemical compound is covered. the students have space to write in their answers and so some sample problems. Teachers can teach this foldable in any order.

I have taught writing formulas first, but I have also taught naming chemical compounds first.Both techniques work well with this foldable since students have everything they need readily available.
