They cover a range of themes such as; thoughts and feelings around leaving lockdown, reflecting on lockdown, positive reflection and looking after your body and mind. There is another set also available focusing on resilience, self esteem, anxiety and self care.
The resources are accessible to children of all ages, presented in a fun and colourful way! They can be completed using jottings or doodles and are a lovely tool to get talking about looking after your mental health.
