Christian Beliefs - Edexcel

Hello,

These lessons are designed for my year 9s and 10s to cover the first topic ‘Christian Beliefs’ for the NEW Edexcel GCSE RS Spec B ‘Religion and Ethics through Christianity’.

I have 2 hours per week with my year 9s but 1 hour with year 10 so I have uploaded the doubles but they can be condensed into one lesson if needed.

Lessons includes starter activity, learning objectives, differentiated tasks, engaging videos and images, stretch and challenge activities, exam questions, direct reference to scripture and denominations.

They are based on the textbook endorsed by Edexcel written by Reid and Tyler (2016). However it is not essential to have it for these lessons.

I have also added a double sided key knowledge revision sheet which summarises most important knowledge.
