Three Xmas activities for 3 lessons, aimed at Y4 level. Covers N.C objectives Order and compare numbers beyond 1000. Solve number and practical problems with increasingly large positive numbers. Measure and calculate the perimeter of a rectilinear figure (including squares) in centimetres and metres. Solve problems involving time.
Every activity is differentiated 3 ways to provide support and extra challenge. There is a recording sheet for each activity and all work is easy to edit, if needed. There are answers provided for activity 1 and 2, whereas activity 3 has multiple open ended answers. Each activity also has 3 ‘Greater depth’ challenges to encourage deeper learning.
