I’ve made 3 sheets of multiplication word problems aimed at Year 2s. There is a sheet for 3 different ability groups with 10 Christmas questions for each.
You could simply stick the sheet into the children’s books but I get the children to cut out each one, stick it into their books then write the sum they did to solve the question.
These questions would be easily adapted to different year groups or to make them easier or harder.
