Cloning cauliflowers in the school lab is a popular way to look at tissue culture and totipotency, but the techniques have not always been reliable in the past.

This updated protocol, based on research by the Micropropagation Unit at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, is a much more reliable way to clone your cauliflowers in schools and colleges.
