This guide started as a response to a Stundent’s Open University project and also as an attempt to codify how I wanted anyone in my Taekwon-Do club to behave whilst instructing.
However, replace the word ‘Student’ with ‘Colleague’ and substitute ‘Sparring’ for any other form of intense training and this has wide applications.
