Commas

There are 2 things included here:

1. A worksheet for students to complete.

2. A PowerPoint which takes pupils through the worksheet. It explains how to use commas correctly and gives students the answers when you are ready.

The resource teaches students the following things about commas:

1. using commas to separate a list
2. using pairs of commas
3. commas to separate exclamations and short asides
4. commas to separate clauses (adverbial and adjectival)

There is also a homework task included at the end.
