Communist States in the twentieth century (Paper 1: Russia, 1917-91: From Lenin to Yeltsin)

Within the resource Theme 1 of Paper 1 Russia, 1917-91 from Lenin to Yeltsin is presented in brief concise notes. Theme 1 is the Communist government in the USSR from 1917-85. The document provides a condensed however highly informative view of Theme 1 overall. Images are also used that relate to the topic being discussed as it has been proven that images help facilitate learning. The notes have however been purposefully left without color coding and highlighting to appeal to a wider ranged audience as well as to allow individuals who do use colors as a method of learning to independently chose which portion of information suits them.
