Comparing Poetry Analysis - GCSE English Language and Literature

Two ppt lessons reviewing and practising comparative analysis, building skills for both English Language and English Literature GCSEs.

Lesson 1 analyses a single poem, focusing on analytical writing style relevant to both GCSE Language and Literature.
Lesson 2 works on comparative analysis with a second poem, and includes model comparisons in both the style of AQA GCSE English Language Paper 2 and AQA GCSE English Literature Paper 2 (unseen poetry).

Questions written in the style of AQA GCSE.
