For some going to university or leaving home for an apprenticeship may be the first time some young people have had to fend for themselves in the kitchen, This lesson looks at basics you will need to get started, cooking suggestions, shopping suggestions, ways to save money and chances for discussion. The lesson is completely adaptable to suit different time allocations, so take a look in advance and see what will work best for your cohort.
