This whole lesson resource introduces students to the CCTV method of approaching creative writing i.e. imagining they are looking at an image/scene through a camera that can pan, tilt and zoom in and out.

This lesson focuses on an engraving by William Hogarth called Southwark Fair and includes an introductory video and a “walking-talking” model response.

Unique resource. Hadn't considered following the 'CCTV' route but it works and the students really engaged with it. The fact it is free, even better! I'll be looking out for more from Graham1982.<br /> Thanks!

Brilliant resource. It is interactive, self-explanatory and all students in the class can access this. I will definitely be using more of this CCTV method of teaching creative writing in future!
