Creative writing planning- winter theme

Students are given a copy of the alphabet. They are then asked to meet the following learning objective: Create a varied vocabulary to use when writing descriptively. The task is as follows:You have ten minutes to write down a word beginning with each letter of the alphabet. The words must be ones that you can use in your descriptive piece of writing about winter. You can use a thesaurus if you choose.
