Creative writing/Slow Writing Monopoly

This resource is a board game that offers students slow writing instructions for creative writing tasks (eg. your next sentence must begin with an adverb). It can be adapted for different year groups and abilities, and encourages students to think about HOW authors write, as well as thinking about vocabulary and structure.
There are also lightning bolt cards with tasks such as 'Your character has a flashback to something that has happened in their past'.
