Dance Lesson Plan: Let’s Dance New Year’s Day!

Start your New Year with a dynamic dance lesson aimed at Primary children. This dance session focuses on a warm up, learning shapes and movement material and allowing the children to create their own dance phrase to share at the end of the lesson on their own and in groups.

The lesson can be used as part of a dance or PE curriculum and allows children to develop their coordination, movement memory, movement vocabulary and social skills.
