Digestive Enzymes Active site Jigsaw

An activity to help students understand the lock and key theory of enzymes. They have to cut out the shapes that represent Amylase, Protease and Lipase enzymes and find the correct substrate that fits each enzymes active site. They then have to find the products of each reaction and use the word list to name each product correctly. This activity is good to use to check students understanding and progress of learning of digestive enzymes.
