Repeat the process - below is the full method:<br /> 12264<br /> 1226 - 8 = 1218<br /> remove the 8, double it, subtract it<br /> 121 - 16 = 105<br /> remove 5, double it, subtract it<br /> 10 - 10 = 0<br /> No remainder - therefore it is divisible by 7! <br /> I hope that makes sense!
