Big Battery Hunt is back for its second year! Teach your pupils the importance of recycling their used batteries with the curriculum linked maths and science challenge. This includes tasks and homework activities to help students collect, measure and weigh their batteries, as well as teacher notes, a launch assembly plan and engaging presentation full of recycling facts!

Fantastic resources available on the website and the children are really enjoying collecting batteries. A lovely initiative and it is fantastic that the children learn so much about recycling through this opportunity.

Excellent powerpoint presentation. I used it for 2 assemblies -KS1 & KS2 and now we are all collecting batteries!
