This is an in-depth analysis of the full-set of 15 poems in the RELATIONSHIPS collection of Edexcel's 9-1 poetry anthology. There are notes on context, theme, tone, structure, techniques/poetic terminology, language choices and key quotations. As a current examiner, I have a good working knowledge of what the exam board are looking for and I truly believe this is the best resource available on the internet currently. MANY hours work!
A reasonably helpful overview, but there's definitely not enough there for this to be worth £6. And I don't think saying that the use of the pronoun 'she' reminds us it's about a woman is a very high level point!

Hi there "bembridgebabe". As an examiner myself, I know that exploring even basic components like pronouns are extremely important - particularly with regards to feminist poetry and poetry written by women in patriarchal societies. Sorry you fail to agree with the importance of such intricacies. This resource took me around 20 hours to complete and I have sold VERY many of them now, with numerous people leaving positive feedback explaining how helpful they thought the resource was. I apologise you don't. I do, however, hope it assists with your teaching on some level.
