Editable Class Newsletter Templates (8 color themes)

These are fully editable, super-easy to use PowerPoint templates for your class newsletters. I use them weekly to update my parents about what we are learning for the week as well as to provide reminders about upcoming events. This is an efficient way to remind parents to pay and return notices. No pushy messages as the reminders are part of the weekly newsletters. When using these with my class I received a lot of positive feedback from parents. They were very appreciative of being informed of what we were learning.

There is an A4 & US Letter size option for no-fuss printing. If distributing this to parents via email I recommend you download and send as a PDF once the newsletter is completed.

I have included some images to match events or holidays that may be happening in that week as an example. These can be changed to match your own school calendar. In the past I have used my Bitmoji avatar images. Bitmoji is a free app and includes many free and fun images where you will be sure to find something to match your week. You may decide not to include images at all! No problem - just click and delete the images!

All lines, text boxes and fonts can be resized or moved. The dividers in the ‘Reminders’ section is a simple PowerPoint element that can be edited in multiple ways.
