In my class, this would be 3-4 lesson’s worth of independent activities. Mustard jobs MUST be done, mayo jobs MAY be done. Any unfinished mustard become ketchup on a Friday (catch up) during pickles (choosing time).
I have left in an example or two. Most activities are differentiated on the resource using Chilli Challenges.
