This is a step by step guidance on how to complete the first controlled assessment of the EDUCAS food and Nutrition GCSE.
It includes images of examplar work from a student who was moderated and received a level 9 overall in his/her GCSE and tips to try to encourage students to reflect on their own work to achieve a higher mark by referring to the coursework mark scheme.
I wouldn’t rate this resource and wouldn’t recommend it. I thought it lacked content.

Hi Lindseyjayne. Disappointed to see this review. The resource is a step by step guidance, which is exactly what this does. It has a screen shot, annotated, of each step the students need to use. The teacher is to provide the mark scheme that goes with it. It has been used with my current group and my colleagues with really promising results, so surprised to see this negative review.
