This is a complete unit of work that meets the specification of Eduqas’s A-level RS - Component 3 - Ethics - Theme 2def - Finnis’ Natural Law, Hoose’s overview of proportionalism and application of both to immigration and capital punishment.
This resource includes 9 lessons (designed as 50 minute lessons but would easily fill 1 hour lessons). It was designed for Year 13 in my school and to be taught as the fourth topic in the ethics component in this year (after naturalism, intuitionism and emotivism).
