Emotional Intelligence - PSHE - Year 8's

This is a PSHE lesson for year 8’s covering Emotional Intelligence. You will get the powerpoint, teachers notes and a worksheet for the students, I always do my PHSE on superheroes theme as well
Learning Objectives
• Explored some principles of emotional intelligence
• Practiced managing feelings, taking responsibility for actions
• Explore an exercise to identify how to separate emotions and behaviour
• Understand why emotional intelligence matters and explored how to put it into practice
