Promote the understanding of emotions among pupils individually or as part of a group. Worksheet 1, encourages children to think about happy experiences they have had. Worksheet 2, allows children to share their interests, these could be completed individually and then children guess who the person is after hearing the thinks that make them laugh. Worksheet 3 requires children to describe how happiness feels in all 5 sensory areas.
