End-of-Year Key Stage 2 Student Evaluations

Are you looking for end-of-year, easy-prep student reflections? There are literacy, reading, writing, maths, science, history, geography, RE, PE, PSHE, MFL, art, drama and computing evaluations plus an evaluation for overall learning.
Use the 6 templates for students to write to the teacher they will have next year Differentiation is easy as there are prompts to scaffold their writing.
