English Reading Comprehension Activity - KS2 - General Skills

An activity sheet based on broad reading comprehension activities such as creating a new cover for a book. Some activities are also basic English skills such as finding nouns, verbs and adjectives, intended to break up the intensity of activities.
Use this resource in reading groups/guided reading to complement the book and reinforce conversations/discussions about that book. This activity sheet can be used with any fiction or non-fiction book and is good for having a set of activities ready, especially for casuals/supply teachers.

Space is available on the sheet for the date completed which you can have your students do to encourage independence in learning, or which you can do as part of your marking process.
