This lesson supports the teaching of the Sacrament of the Eucharist. It discusses ways in which receiving the Eucharist has changed peoples lives and enables the pupils to reflect on how it can help to change their lives.
It then focuses on the final stage of the mass - the dismissal; the children are given the opportunity to reflect on the words and create their own versions with similar meanings.
