This “Exploring your Memories” through your senses is a mindful, trauma-informed workbook which allows the student to write a new memory on each page and explore their senses in relation to that memory. For example, what they saw, heard, smelt, tasted and/or touched.
This is a great book for the students to keep handy on days/times where they might need a positive and constructive reminder of all of the great things that they have experienced. In addition to each memory, there are a variety of feelings and emotions explored as well as an opportunity to record the memory in writing and/or in drawing.
