I used this for an observed lesson for low ability year 8 doing Forces. They had already done balanced forces, unbalanced forces and resultant forces but this lesson takes them to the next stage to use their knowledge to describe how the forces acting on an object can affect the speed of it. The video is great as it shows the sky diver falling and then it shows the same video again with the size of the forces visible which is really good for them. I linked this to GCSE questions that ask specifically how forces acting on objects affect speed. I vaguely remember getting the question board from TES but I have slightly amended it.
