In this lesson students will learn how milk is delivered from the farm to their plate. They will investigate the process and the technology involved in dairy farming, production and distribution. Students will demonstrate their knowledge by presenting a visual representation of milk processing to a lower year level. Students will also investigate how milk is packaged.
