Learners can work in pairs, small groups or as a whole class. Learners take turns to roll the dice (or select a learners/group to start) and move the counter around the board. On each square the player lands on the player picks the corresponding card and start the timer. (Set the timer or uses the online stopwatch). The player then list as many facts, properties, characteristics and uses for the material named as possible in the time given. (30 seconds works well)
For each correct fact the player should move forward one space. If the player can not name any facts they remain on the square, miss a turn and then select another card on their next turn.
The first player to cross the finish line wins.
