The following 4 page Activity Lesson pack explores the students favourite memory of their loved one who passed away.
This lesson includes:
- utilizing drawing to capture the memory
- explores emotions (isolated and concurrent) in association with the memory)
- reflection worksheet and questions to process memory and support the student to gain insight and growth.
This is a great grief and loss counseling activity and lesson that can be used in your trauma-informed counseling toolbox for years to come. This resource is versatile and can be used in many ways. For example, you can focus on the students favourite memory, or explore a memory where the student would like to have said/done something different in that memory.
