7 lesson mini unit on festivals of light across world religions. There are individual lessons on Christmas, Easter, Diwali, Hanukkah and Wesak as well as a comparison lesson which explores their similarities and differences. Lots of opportunities for discussion and retrieval practices embedded throughout. Includes a GCSE style evaluation question. Used with KS3 but could be amended with simpler tasks for KS2 or developed with more own research for KS4.
