I created this to link to work on healthy schools in maths. The children were put into 4 groups and did a carousel around the 4 activities, recording on the sheet as they went. This sheet was designed for Year 2 but could easily be adapted for KS2 to include averages. The children could then use the data to create charts and graphs as part of a data handling project.
