Presentation on sticking with fitness.
Starter is ice breaker where participants learn moves and then introduce themselves. After spinning the wheels the person and move is randomly selected. Participants have a 60 second timer to accompany group discussion. Card sort activity is included which is followed by a quick fire competition between two teams (instructions are included in the PowerPoint notes). Includes animated slides.
