Foreign Intervention in the Mexican Revolution

A two-page powerpoint presentation that is a word association game. Students are given a reading on foreign intervention in the Mexican Revolution. The exercise is based mainly on the Wikipedia page on US intervention in the Mexican Revolution, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_involvement_in_the_Mexican_Revolution. Other resources are also linked. Students are then asked to choose which word of the several listed best describes foreign intervention in Mexico. The file is easily convertible to PDF format if you choose to do it as a hard-copy handout. Exercise was first used with a pre-IB Grade 10 class, but could be used with any high school grade level. A writing assignment is also now included.
