This is a worksheet designed to help pupils visualise the formula y=mx+c as a straight line. It includes 4 equations to solve and a graph to chart the gradients. Once plotted on the grid the straight lines will cut through letters revealing an anagram to solve at the bottom.
I really struggled to find a resource with a pre-made graph so hopefully this will help.
