hope this sample report format is of use. We use this format in the Foundation stage. It cover all the 6 aspects of learning. It's very parent friendly.

Thank you for sharing but unfortunately this report is out of date and does not match the new foundation stage framework. We have to report on the prime areas and then the specific areas followed by the characteristics of learning. this format would have to be updated before it could be of use. Sorry!
Thanks for sharing but with the updated FS curriculum people need to be aware that there are 3 prime areas now - Communication and language, Physical dev't and Personal, social and emotional dev't and 4 specific areas - Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the world and Expressive arts and design. I think it is a legal requirement to comment on all 7 areas plus the characteristics of effective learning. If Ofsted saw this older curriculum version being used they would question the practitioner! Sorry!
