This lesson comes after 2 lessons on Mary Shelley, The Enlightenment Era and social context of the time period.
Students should have a brief understanding of the plot before being introduced to Chapter 5 (Frankenstein’s creation).
In this lesson I aim to slowly encourage language analysis before writing a successful paragraph. I used this with my mixed ability class and completed it in 2 lessons.
