This Power Point experiments with Dr Gianfranco Conti’s methodology (read here: https://gianfrancoconti.wordpress.com/2018/03/16/my-favourite-read-aloud-task-and-how-i-use-them/). There is a sentence builder focussing on present tense of verbs, adverbs of frequency + gern/ lieber/ am liebsten. Aims of the whole Power Point is: discuss leisure activities/ discussing reading habits (how often and where)/ expressing music preferences. There is a whole set of activities I created to recycle chunks (find someone who, delayed copying, narrow translation) + a few listening tasks from textbook. At the end a very well structured spped dating activity with scaffolding provided in order to train students for the new GCSE speaking exam.
