Fun Among Us School Game

Bring fun to your subject using the popular game Among Us. This resource will work for any Science or Maths topic!

All you need to utilise this pack is to create your own tasks for you subject/topic. I use 10 tasks per game.

Approx. time per game = 25-35 minutes

In this pack you will get:

1. PowerPoint Slides - Among Us themed GIFs and instructions for explaining to pupils
2. Teacher Script - preparation, anticipated challenges, structured script
3. Example task answer sheet - pupils complete during game

Students (crewmates) will need to complete tasks to win the game, however an imposter is among them and might be trying to sabotage their work.
Throughout the game at time intervals the imposter will get a chance to remove a crewmate from the game, and suspicious pupils can also be voted out of the game in every round!

The aim of the game for the imposter is to sabotage answers, in order to buy them enough time to remove all the crewmates from the game, without raising suspicion. If they are too obvious then the crewmates will vote them out and win!

My aim when making this game was to bring the features of the mobile game to the classroom and bring enjoyment to learning - the pupils naturally enjoy the voting stage and debating who is being suspicious. However the other key aim is to assess their learning - you will have task answer sheets from every student which is a great feedback tool. This has worked well for me having two set of double periods on a Friday.
