This is a unit of work that is aimed at Entry Level 3 Functional Maths. It covers understanding what a budget is, how to work to a budget and adding and taking away money using decimals and place value - the focus is on meal planning and preparation.
This is primary aimed at students working toward Level 1 functional skills maths in either a SEN or mainstream setting.
Included: Teaching power point, worksheets for each stage of learning and includes differentiation. This also include a practical task - meal preparation.
