This resource allows students to think about the games they currently play, how characters interact and move within the game and then to apply it to their own game creation.
In this resource pack there is a worksheet that allows students to complete tasks which are displayed on the board - such as identifying movements and interactions for the sprites in the Maze Game. Students work independently and as a pair - they will come up with Pseudocode and Flowcharts for each character.
The resources are supposed to go with the Maze Game I created however, that file is not supported - it does not take long to follow the walkthrough on YouTube to create your own Maze Game so that students can use that to get the idea of how sprites/objects will move in their own Maze Game.
In the resource pack there is a worksheet for all tasks, a PPT that explains each steps with examples, flowchart basic symbols to assist with creating the flowchart as well as a plenary document for the end of the lesson.

Please note - I did not make the video but used it to create the resources needed for the lesson.
