Something small but I have made a GCSE 9-1 (with old grades) Past paper tracker where students can shade in their grade and decide two topics to work on from that paper.

Nice useful simplified pupil tracking sheet. I like the grade crossover. But could use more room for pupil and teacher comment rather than colouring in.
