1. A 2 hour lesson on the European Parliament, UK democracy and one other form of government as comparison (in this case dictatorship) as required by the AQA spec.

2). 2 hour lesson on Britain’s role in international organisations. Covers the UN, NATO, European Council, the Commonwealth and World Trade Organisation. Also focuses on issues caused by leaving the EU. Includes additional Introduction to the EU lesson.

2. Key differences in how citizens can or cannot participate in politics in one democratic and one non-democratic political system that is outside the UK.
