GCSE English Language: Genre & Inference

In this bundle you are purchasing several activities: a crossword containing the six features of fiction, an inference activity, a terminology sheet, which challenges the students to conduct research and identify the different genres and the main session activity. This package also includes the extracts for the main part of the session, where the students read through the sources, each time they are tasked with identifying the six features of genre, in order to categorise each text by genre. I have included a barebones copy of my PowerPoint including activity slides and answer slides. You will also receive three audio extracts, produced by us, to embed into your PowerPoint, so your students can read along.
