This resource is ideally for GCSE Higher revision but it can also be easily adapted for KS3 use. There are some examples on how to recognise the formula for the area of a trapezium and how to calculate its area. Some slides I have borrowed from other resources on this site, so no credit for some of the PowerPoint. There is also a worksheet for students to complete either during class or for homework. (Answers are attached too!). The lesson is heavily based around a Grade C but there are some Grade D questions too.
