Exam self-evaluation form for KS4 pupils. I have used this to enable me to mark and give feedback quicker. Basically I mark each question with a little bit of feedback here and there. This form meant that students had to go through each section and collate all the marks and feedback. Pupils then make an overall judgement to help them help target areas of weakness in readiness for their next mock exam.
