These revision flash/flip cards are specifically for use with the new 9-1 OCR GCSE PE specification. Best used when either printed on card or laminated, they contain details of the twelve principles and methods of training that students need to know, including the definition, the benefits of the method/principle of training, and a sporting example linked to each one. These can be used by students in a variety of ways; as part of revision, as a starter to recap the previous lesson's content, in pairs to test each other etc etc. This also includes a blank copy for students to fill out themselves which could also be used for assessment.
